SHR stands for Super hair removal.
Utilising the latest evolution in laser and IPL technologies – SHR is the latest method for removal of unwanted hair.
SHR procedures use selected wavelengths of low energy light, which are rapidly pulsed into the skin at 180 times per minute. the applicator is swept back and forth in sweeping/painting motions repeatedly across the designated area whilst a low energy light is pulsed into the skin ensuring full coverage. the targeted hair follicles are are gently heated during this process and terminally damaged.
Each treatment affects around 20% of the hair within the targeted area.
SHR is suitable for men and women, and can be performed on all skin types.
It is recommended to have 6-10 treatments for successful results.
